Abbey Lucas is a Brisbane (Meanjin) based visual artist studying a dual degree in a Bachelor of Fine Arts (visual arts) and a Bachelor of Secondary Education. Lucas works predominantly in sculpture, painting, installation, video, and photography. Through her practice, Lucas presents themes of mental health and psychology to aid the de-stigmatisation of these topics through society.
