I am not a femme fatale (2023) is a humorous portrayal of the infamous ‘femme fatale’ that has been studied throughout hundreds of years of art history. This stereotypical role has been created by mostly male artists and is riddled with unmitigated misogyny. Over the two-minute looped video, I am stating that I am not a ‘femme fatale’, I am a woman that does not represent a patriarchal title.
