Applications are open for the Allen and Unwin Writers Prize, a unique opportunity for undergraduate creative writing students to receive a study stipend of $300, as well as up to two hours of editorial assistance from an Allen & Unwin publisher.
Applications can be made by submitting the nominated application form, and must include either a short piece of poetry, fiction or non-fiction writing up to 2,500 words. Students must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Creative Writing) to be eligible to apply.
